After being paid for the job he made an excuse to leave saying he would return with a tool never came back basically robed me all the while complaining about his staff that don't show up. Now I have to pay a real handyman to complete the job

Not professional and extremely poor communication, came up looked at regular lawn and garden work, said he would start on Thursday and didnt turn up. No call or message and no response trying to contact him, very ignorant. Waste of time!
