Absolutely love the Beauty Stop Level 2 team! Been going to them for years on & off, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. They always look after me, and the 2 owners are lovely and Lee makes me laugh a lot when he’s in. An enjoyable experience and I always get exactly what I want!

I came to this salon on Australia Day. It was my first time and will be my last. Worst experience ever. I came in to take my acrylics off and get a new set. The lady that took off my nails ripped half the top of one my nail off, which bled continuously. She than continued to take off my pinky, which started to bleed and i had to ask her to stop. She than left me sitting there with 2 fingers bleeding and a young man whom was lovely,came over to soak my nails to remove the other 8 and bandaged my fingers. Her excuse was my nails are too new, which they were done 4 weeks ago at a different salon. No apologies at all.

Went in with a set from another place I wasn't happy with and thought they were going to have to remove the entire set and start again, they were able to fix the set up in just a refill, they even said to save me the money. The photo doesn't do the shape of the nail justice, the lady did a beautiful job, especially considering what I brought in for her to work on. The lady's are so nice every time I come in, It makes getting my nails done feel like less if a chore.I was charged $70 for this infill, that includes the extra for the cat eye design I got.6 month update, I've been going here regularly since this review. I've gone to one or two other nail places but I always go back to this one for the qaulity and price. I'm really happy with this place. The pink ones are my most recent and these cost $50 for infill. Respectfully there is one lady who doesn't do the same qaulity as the others so I'm mindful of this and get to time it right but the others a genuinely really good. I've never had a nail come off. They also take good care of under the nail.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. They were highly rude to us. I felt rashed the minute I got in when nails are meant to be a relaxing thing. Oh and Julie’s acid toner was gross and dirty. The is meant to be purple and it was a gross dirty brown like it had been used of many other clients. I’m not impressed by this store one time, the worst experience I have had in a long time.

I have been seeing Julie for 7 years now she has been doing my nails and my eyelashes and she doing an excellent job she made me so beautiful and stunning. And I would highly recommend to see Julie for your eyelashes needs . Thanks to Julie team who did a great job with nails !!
