Fantastic range of product, easy to find & excellent customer service, pricing for all products are very competitive compared to other chemists.Parking is a issue but just like any business in the main st of Ballarat.

Worst chemist in ballarat. Can never get a park and then when u get in store the shelves are always empty. If u cant afford any stock close the doors. Never waste my time again

I went to get a prescription filled got told no as it was 5:58 the lady asked the pharmacist and she clearly wasn’t interested. I was told to go to the other ufs in Sturt st, for me I guess I can handle the rebuttal but I sincerely hope an older person or someone who urgently needs a prescription filled is treated better than me.

Female pharmacist is extremely arrogant and rude. Treats customers like they are stupid. Demands you bring back tiny plastic vials that should really be thrown into the bin after single use. Disturbing cleanliness to say the least. Unprofessional, will yell at you from the the other end of the chemist as you are leaving. Avoid at all costs.

Incompetent, slow, and weirdly judgmental. I’ve never had a bad experience at a pharmacy before, but I’ve had three from three visits here.Just go somewhere else.

Have never been treated like less of a human being in any business. The female pharmacist has treated my partner and I like absolute dirt on more than one occasion. She also requests medicine bottles to be returned to be used again without any appropriate sanitisation or an extra charge will be incurred. Shop here only if you're looking for a lovely fresh case of Covid or are perhaps feeling a little too uppity and need to be taken down a peg or two by this charming wannabe doctor.
