I am so happy to recommend Alkira - Laura is always extremely friendly and helpful when coordinating appointments etc. and Andy is an absolute pleasure to have come and take care of my son's equipment. He does a fantastic job, clearly takes pride in his work and is always very honest about what needs to be done. I'm so pleased to finally have such a reliable technician - thank you!

Andy is amazing! I had a nasty fall in my wheelchair due to a poorly maintained footpath, damaging my chair. Within a few hours of emailing photos and information, Andy was at my workplace. He spent over an hour with me, fixing the damaged piece and checking out a few other things I was concerned about. He explained why I was experiencing certain issues with my chair, fixed and realigned the chair, and tested it to be sure it was OK. I highly recommend his services, they are worth every cent. Now my wheelchair is back to 100% and I feel safe and secure while using it. PS. Although he specialises in Pediatric, he accepts adults like me too.

Andrew is a genius. He has solved so many problems with our ageing wheelchair, keeping it fully functioning and comfortable till we can get a new one. He has extensive knowledge of all equipment available, has grown" our standing frame several times and serviced our hoists.Plus he is the nicest

After a difficult journey with NDIS and equipment, Laura and Andy from Alkira made our world a MUCH better place. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very sensitive. Would recommend Alkira again and again and I hope we get to utilise their services again soon. :)

I could not be happier with the service from this company. Andy and Laura have been amazing to work with. Laura is very communicative with appointments etc and Andy is a very skilled technician. He was able to make detailed repairs to both the power chair and the manual chair. He is also extremely polite and respectful. I will definitely contact Alkira again for any future service requirements.
