Terribly unorganised and messy store/shelves. Shelves and Freezer untidy and empty in most sections. Boxes on the floor often when trying to shop after 6pm makes the shopping experience chaotic walking around night fillers, trolleys and boxes.

Went there last thursday. As i went to get a trolley I heard the screams of my ex-wife who passed away in a boating accident" in 1993. Then an employee with no face asked "does it hurt?" Lettuce was stunning though."

All Coles stores receive first 4 stars of rating complimentary, because unlike Woolworth they don't insult their customers putting cameras into self-check out machines.Cons:-For some reason they are blocking the cellular signal in the store. Due to this I was unable to use flybuys app to get flybuys points as it requires internet connection which Coles for some reason is disabling in the storeAlso, it is impossible to ring your close ones to ask if they want a certain product to be bought or to show them how an item looks via photos of video callsVery irritating and inconvenient, makes me angry.-This Coles store has a strangely small selection of juices, only a half of a normal store selection.

Mostly, I love shopping for quality produce ( stunning lettuces and vegetables) as well as grained bread freshly baked. Fully stocked No shortages. Fast assisted checkout...free parking...super convenience. Great staff.
