Customer service was 10/10! I only had the bike for a few hours in the afternoon and the manager said I could come back another day and get a half day for free because I hadn’t used the bike for a whole day. Bike was fairly basic but still very good for $15 for 24 hours! Will recommend to everyone!

Booked a Forza scooter at last minute, were given awesome suggestion to head to Crystal Cascades for swim and then went to Yorkeys… totally loved our day and bike was so much fun…. Thanks again, highly recommended

Cairns Scooter And Bicycle Hire
Awesome! We hired bikes for the day ( a group of 8) and had a blast. So many great bike paths around town and plenty to explore. Locks provided so we could lock them up when we stopped to swim or eat, bikes to suit all of us. The service we got from the shop the was just brilliant, he was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience!Called a few weeks before to get the run down on how it all works and Rayile was incredibly helpful, Gave me all the information and set aside a few different bike types so we could choose on the day. When we arrived he had everything ready to go for us and it was an easy process. He gave us great advice on local tracks which made getting around so easy. The bikes were great and we had an awesome few days. Ray answered my calls or called me straight back and was so accommodating, made the process so easy. Highly recommended and would hire again when I come back.

Hired a bike from Rail. Not sure about spelling but he was very helpful and gave us lots of tips and the Bikes were Grouse Price was fantastic as well Highly Recommended and a Cairns is perfect on a bike We had a great time and will be back again

Best rental bicycle experience ever! Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me maps, telling me where trails were, reminding me about riding on the left (I was visiting from America) and informed me how the brakes were switched from ours. Best entertainment bargain by far. 24 hour rental came to $10.50 US dollars and included helmet and lock. Will definitely rent from him when I return to Cairns. He also had a huge selection of different types of bikes. Highly recommend. Best bike hire in Cairns!
