These people are a joke. My car wouldn't start so i went an asked if they could help as it was 40 degrees an i had a newborn baby. Reply was no they couldnt unless the car was in the servo. My car was just park right infront of the chicken shop next door 2 them.Bad customer service.

I went in to H & J Auto for a issue I was having with my gearbox. As they pulled the gearbox down there was more damage then expected. As soon as they knew what the issue was they contacted me straight away.Not only were the prices fair, Their customer service was impeccable!I highly recommend there services not many mechanics like them left.

This is a small unassuming family business that has been around for decades. They are passionate about the work they do and looking after their customers. They do not need any fancy marketing or social media presence because they get their work from word of mouth and having a reputation for excellent customer care and qulaity work. I took my car to them for a second opinion and I appreciated their honesty and desire to do the right thing. I would strongly recommend this business.

‘Great customer service’I have a 2015 IX35 Hyundai, that was making loud noises every time I would slow down to turn or come to a complete stop. I couldn’t figure out where It was coming from. I pulled in to H&J auto and I was greeted almost instantly! The staff had a quick look at it before hoisting my car up. They found that the brake pads had slipped out from the calliper. This caused the calliper to loosen, which caused the noises.Brakes were replaced and everything was looked over twice.I have not had an issue since!I would highly recommend if you have any issues with your vehicles to head down to H&J.I will definitely be returning.
