We had the best costumer service ever with Alicia. She was just a super star sales person. Honest with her opinions n super friendly

Bought an air conditioner for $999, was told they check other websites to be sure they’re offering the best price. Liked later that day, online retailer $680, Harvey Norman $799… guess I should’ve checked first but obviously got ripped off. That’s not a small difference.

Being a business owner and ordering many items from the good guy I have found them applauding of late. Blatantly lying about the status of a television. 2.5 weeks have past and still haven’t received a tv that is in stock.First wrong one deliveredNo day for recollection for returnDelivery day changed twiceDelivery cancelled and was told I had called and said my son will pick up from store.Strange that my son is 10 months old.I’d advise people to shop elsewhere are these guys are useless and customer service is useless. One ⭐️ as that’s the least I can give!Useless and don’t care!

So disappointed with this store. We have bought every big purchase from them exclusively and their service has been ok usually. The first time we have an issue though and they were incredibly unhelpful. Most of the staff are now young kids who delivered terrible customer service. Not so much as a sorry or a please when talking to you. I bought a machine that works terribly, I was called after a week saying it could not be repaired and I couple swap it for another machine. When I went in to swap they informed me it was repaired and I couldn’t swap. When I complained about the amount of cleaning product I’d wasted testing the failure, they said they would not replenish that for me either. No accountability for the incorrect information. No sorry your brand new expensive machine just failed. I basically got told by the managers that they would never purchase that brand cause they suck. Which of course they don’t tell you when you originally buy it. So disappointing! Terrible customer service when you need it the most.

Just went for a quick look at their products. Easy access & plenty of parking spaces available out the front. Good quality electrical products in this store from coffee machines to white goods tv s & beyond.

Amazing 10/10 customers service specifically from a girl I believe her name was Jess. I went in there to get a TV and washing machine and left with a TV and washing machine. ~Jess explained everything very well.Everyone that worked there greeted me with a wonderful smile on their face.The boys in the back were very helpful getting my stuff into my car and were very welcoming.I will 100% be coming back :)

I was trying to decide between 2 mixers and the amazing Alicia went above and beyond to help me and even asked for pictures of my kitchen to help decide on a colour. She is amazing and I will not shop anywhere else now. Thank you Alicia. You are a superstar

Purchased a big order of appliances for a complete kitchen reno.Delivery due 3 days pre kitchen install.. to find only one of our items delivered. The rest had been on sold even though we paid in full for them on the day and were available for pick up on the day of purchase (same day we booked the delivery).We were advised they had no stock of the items we purchased anywhere and were on back order with an unknown eta.We tried to trouble shoot the problem with store manager but ended up getting a refund and settling for a different product from another name brand store.Will never be shopping here again.

We have recently visited this store and had a great experience discussing our needs for washing machine, fridge and TV by Karen. She recommended products, we felt well informed about the choices we ended up making. Store is well presented, easy to find things with good service. Will be coming here for our electrical needs and of course prices were good too!
