Very disappointing service. Went to buy a Thera-Gun. The sales assistant was new, but clearly had very little information about the different makes and models. It happens, no problem. Nothing a quick Google search on my phone can't fix.Bought the elite model, but then had to go around the back of warehouse to collect. After 5 minutes, given product. There was no wrapping around the box or sealing. 1st warning that this was not a new product, but likely used or demo model. Asked the staff if this really was a new model, he said it definitely was". Went to car

Highly recommended not buying from Harvey Norman aka Hardly Normal, as their after sales services is next to nothing.Tried to deal with them a faulty product of course they're denying it.Not an expensive item but the way they denied it straight away without listening to the problem is not how you do business nowadays.Amazon normally deals with my refund request within 5 mins online chat for faulty product.Costco has an excellent return policy even for change of mind.Don't blaming multi national business steal your sale maybe they take an extra step you don't.

Recently looked at three or four home appliance retailers. Settled on the Harvey Norman store at Marion. The salesperson Pia was extremely prompt in giving us the important product knowledge, provided the best price and even offered free next day delivery, set up and removal of old goods and we would have no hesitation in recommending family & friends. The delivery was able to be tracked, was on time and Sean the fellow who delivered the goods was super careful, very thorough and provided excellent advice on installation. Totally satisfied with the service from start to finish, thanks for a stress free experience.

Nice enough service. But added an extended warranty on the bill without my father’s knowledge. dad maybe be old but not stupid. Disgraceful behaviour. This was quickly corrected when questioned!!! Will contact consumer affairs. How many older people have you done this to. Simply repulsive and unprofessional un Australian behaviour.

I purchased a 3 seater electric recliner, its not even 12 months old and the bracket for the leg recliner is bent. I emailed the Marion store and was told I was at fault and had to pay $99 for someone to come out and have a look at it. Responded to the email and its been 4 weeks and still no response.
