Thank you so much for taking such good car of my car and the excellent customer service, I always knew what stage it was at and everything went as it should.My car came back immaculate, it was detailed really nicely, the door looks brand new and no scratches, I have a nice shiny new rim, and it feels way safer to drive now.Very happy :)

Service is good, friendly and helpful. Got our car repaired here after an accident. They got us a taxi to the hire car place. Took 4 weeks to repair the car. When we picked up the car, there was still an issue, so took it back and they got a mechanic to come from Dandenong and fixed it within the sane day.

Had my car booked to be repaired by Gemini Vermont..From the initial inspection to appraise the damage, to getting my car back perfectly repaired I could not be happier. The whole stressful process was made easy by their efficiency and professionalism. From the get go I was informed of the whole process and time frame to repairs. It was even completed a day earlier. Reception booked a taxi voucher to take me to get a hire car which also exceeded my expectations and same when I had to pick up my car..Another taxi back and my car waiting for me sparkling clean inside and out and damage gone. Looks brand new again! Service with a smile. Could not praise them enough. If I had one little critique it would be that whatever they used to clean the inside of my back window left spotting. Would appreciate someone letting me know how to buff it back to sparkling clean. Other than that, this company is amazing. Plus you get a lifetime guarantee if something goes wrong.. Hope to NEVER have to need their panel beater service's again,but would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything.

Had my insurance company arrange a repair of my car with Gemini Vermont. Paul was excellent in management - him and the team took the effort to get my car repairs sorted out ASAP and right in time for my travels for work. They gave me a realistic timeline of 2 months however managed to repair it in 2 weeks! Ever so grateful to the team. Reception was lovely, I offered to give a tip for such an amazing service but they declined. Overall was a really excellent experience - would 100% recommend.
