First order for my sons computer was good and order arrived quickly.Second order for a monitor was not. We inquired many times about the orders where abouts, with no reply and it took a full month for them to cancel the order- with no emails, no correspondence, nothing. I understand things happen, but surely it doesn't take a month to work out you don't have the stock you are selling, and an email explaining at any time during the month or after it was cancelled would have been appreciated. Still havent heard from them. Very unimpressed with with this business and we won't be using again.

This company is a scammer, do not deal with them. If you have, you must make sure you have access to a reliable credit refund as it took me over a year with legal assistance to get the refund for an advertised product they could not supply.

After no answer on 1st call I sent an email and got a fast response. Ordered a custom PC Wednesday picked up from store in Springvale Friday. Hank and Gavin are the best. Friendly service, informative and helpful. They did a great job at a reasonable price, highly recommend Yoo’s and will use them again.

Build quality is excellent and service is superb. Jason expertly installed my existing hardware into a new PC, including trouble shooting some tricky boot issues. Later, I had an issue with the motherboard several months after purchase and Yoo's replaced it under warranty with no hassle at all. I bought the faulty machine in for repair at 12:30 and had it back in working order 4:30 that afternoon.

Great experience purchasing a computer unit here! Very patient through chat, definitely a strongly suggested store for non-tech savvy newbies (like myself). Friendly staff who helped customise the components, delivered to door within 2 working days. Unbox and plug in - as easy as that! Will surely recommend to friends.
