Absolutely atrocious service. Came in to buy a chainsaw at 4.20pm, knowing full well the business shut at 4.30pm only to be welcomed by cant help ya mate

Put lawn mower in for a broken cable and they said up to 8 weeks.Called a few weeks later and got abused for calling.6 weeks later got the call to pick up.Not under warranty because of any excuse they can think of.$40 cable $200 for 2 hours labour to change it.Didn't call to say it wasn't under warranty.Taking my business elsewhere.Poor por service call before work are done is the normO

So Stihl Geebung can advertise a John Deere Ride on for $3300.00 but when you call to enquire you're told we don't have stock and thats an old ad. Then when told we have the their current ad stating that price they get rude and hangup. Well for God's sake stop messing people around. We took screen shots and are considering taking this to consumer affairs. False ADVERTISING IS ILLEGAL.

Great service team. They always do their best to get me the parts and gear that I need. Great equipment knowledge and follow up service is great. Latest purchase was this battery powered telescopic hedger. Great tool to help to get to hedges that were rather wide and hard to reach. Highly recommended dealer.

I have bought 2 demo saws from These guys. Both saws barely lasted 8 months and then take it in for repair or warranty, both occasions denied with every excuse they can think off. They will befriend you In store but once you return they will not help you. I would avoid buying any tools from Stihl. Try another manufacturer and save yourself the trouble and the money…. Buy another one apparently is all they can offer….
