I have bought their product. They were very helpful when I was buying the wallpaper from them. Later I had issue around receiving a further service, which was disappointing at the time. However later Gloria called and organised someone to come and install it for me. We have little misunderstanding but she called and provided excellent support and service. I was preparing my parents house for sale and needed to replace a section of wallpaper on a ceiling. As the Ceiling butted up to a wall with the same covering, I wanted to get a close match. Because Gloria has an extensive range of wallpaper samples, I was able to find one very similar to the 52 year old wallpaper I was replacing. On the day, Gloria and her installer Kevin were punctual and communicative. They were very patient and careful in removing the wallpaper and left the work area clean and tidy. The next day, Kevin arrived and installed the wallpaper efficiently and with precision, and when he left the room was so clean it was hard to tell anyone had been. I would highly recommend LUXwallpapers*Blinds to anyone considering wallpaper.
