I needed new tyres for my e-MTB, and Jon helped me out. His recommendation of the Maxxis Forecaster EXO for grip, comfort and rolling speed on fire trails and MTB tracks was spot-on. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. I'll happily go back for my bike's next service.

I drove from Melbourne to Gisborne for a day of riding and my bike failed immediately. I called in to Woodend Cycles and the absolute legend dropped everything he was doing to help me out and fixed the problem immediately and saved me from having to buy a brand new crankset. Above and beyond. Saved my day from being completely wasted. And then took the time to recommend that I go to La Larr Ba Gauwa Mountain Bike Park instead. And he was right. Ended up have THE best day I’ve ever had riding all thanks to this absolute lord.Best experience I’ve ever had from a bike shop. A+++++

The staff, in particular Tyler are great. Both Tyler and Russell are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will often carry out minor adjustments for you on the spot. Give them a try they are a small local business that deserve support!
