I rang the national number with no answer however Jeremy called back within a few minutes and we discussed the problem which was a partially blocked toilet. He gave me a quote and came out within a few hours. After flushing out the drains it became clear the issue was with the toilet itself. After discussing a few possibilities with me Jeremy found the problem and rectified it, finally fixing and ongoing issue. I believe Jeremy went above and beyond and am so grateful that I contacted him this morning. Wouldn’t think twice about contacting him for future jobs that might need doing.

Jeremy was professional and meticulous. He ensured he fully understood the pattern of our drains and made sure all eventualities were covered.6 weeks after the drain clearance he returned to complete a vapour rooter treatment. Again meticulous. My dogs loved him. Thank you.

Contacted Dr Drains through their website and received a call back from Jeremy on the same day to discuss what I needed done and was able to be booked in on the next day. When Jeremy arrived he explained exactly what he was going to do to unblock my drains. The job was performed and area was left clean once complete for the quoted price. Would highly recommend Dr Drains.

Dr Drains has been applying Vaporooter at my place for 8 years. Haven’t had a drain blocked by tree roots in that time. Previously I was having regular blockages . I’m very happy with Dr Drains and vaporooter.

Upon suspecting an issue with our toilet and bathroom drains, I decided to call up Dr Drains. The man on the line was incredibly helpful in not only diagnosing the problem remotely but also explaining what the cause might be. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service and would recommend to others.

Jeremy was fantastic. Gave me great advice over the phone to see if it could be fixed before booking him in. Then came round and installed new taps. We just moved into the place, and he took the time to look at the hot water heater and evaporative cooling with advice. Thanks Jeremy!
