Booked in with a weeks notice and was told he would arrive on Friday still no show at 8pm so I fb messaged and he called me to say he will arrive at 10 pm which was getting late so I requested the morning instead which he said he will have it done over the weekend. Still no water 2 weeks later and had to call Gympie Water who delivered the next day. Not happy i thought by giving a weeks notice that would be plenty of time.

Avoid at all cost if you want to get your waterCalled Rod 10 days early and booked in water delivery as I alsways do.Got up yesterday at 6am and at 7pm with no water my husband called. He did not answer the phone. At 10pm I texted him. He had decided not to deliver. I texted could he bring it tomorrow and he did not respond.Hope everyone reads this and uses another carrier and he goes bust. I believe in KARMA

We recently moved from Brisbane to the Gympie area, and the water tank was very low when we were still moving in. I called another company but they could only deliver water to us in a week's time. I then rang Stolzenberg, and even though he said someone could come the next morning, when I told him our situation he sent someone out that night. Nigel was very nice and helpful, even with suggestions for us about country life in general. We had a good chat while the tank was being filled. An all around good experience --- I would definitely recommend them.

The best water carrier around, used another company for years, when I desperately needed water one year; they said I would have to wait up to 6 weeks.Rang Rodney from Stolzenberg Water Carriers, I had water the next day, have been using them ever since, have had a few emergencies with animals losing my water, Rodney has always been straight out to get me out of trouble.
