The manager was incredibly rude when I asked them to honour a lower price that was advertised for an item in error. She reminded me of a bratty teenager. Never going back here.

Even though the saff were very helpful and nice dont expect the shop to have any iphone accessories because there are none. Disappointing.

Horrible experience for my wife, she almost came home in tears. She was treated different from the customer in front of her, and the person serving her was very rude. Throwing the items back on the bench after being scanned. Is this rudeness racially driven because of her chinese background? The previous customer was coughing and she was very pleasant with him, and when it was her turn she was told to stand as far as possible and started to have a really aggressive attitude. Disgusting and ugly attitude.
