Absolutely disgusted. Absolute lack of care, communication and support. For a 24 hour service, you are lucky to get an answer even during daytime hours. And good luck getting anyone out to a regular shift. Shameless

This has to be the absolute worst NDIS support agency there is. Useless administration workers, rude communication , when there is communication, and they will thieve money from your plan. After I terminated my contract with them they stole over $1000 from me which was never returned. This is a common pattern they have. it was a human error mistake" Keep clear
