I booked in for a mid-range service and was quite happy with the result, although my car is fairly new and didn't have any problems, so was difficult to notice any real improvement.5 Star did however recommend a brake service soon as the brake pads were low and the rotors needed skimming". Quote = $480I was surprised at the cost as changing pads is pretty simple and not expensive. I decided to do it myself - just the front pads (cost $45 for pads)When I removed the current pads the most worn-down pad had over 5mm left - this would easily do well over 10

I would just like to say that I took my car to 5 star and can only say that the serive i got was 10 out of 10, they pinpointed the problem and fixed it, not only that but while the car was in the shop they provided a load car also, I can only say that if you een ur car fixed go and see paul and the boys fair price for a job well done

I have never been able to fault Paul and Andy’s work i’ve just had my window regulator replaced on my 1989 Lada Niva works great highly recommend. Thanks guys Richard.

Disgusting, dodgy and untrustworthy! I booked my car in for a full service. Told me when I paid my car was in excellent condition and nothing was wrong. Took my car to another reputable dealer after noticing strange noises not long after. Was told my breaks were 95% worn, nothing had been replaced or checked properly from my last service at 5 Star Auto. Never again! Would never recommend. Please do your research, this is not right to do this to paying customers. Don’t go here!

Had my car for 4 days while they repairs brakes and did service was quite happy with that. When my car was returned u was told to bring it back in 500km to have the new brakes adjusted. After multiple emails for over a month they black listed my email and never made any replies. They also put the wrong service details in car after service. Never again $$$ and shoddy
