MALI is very disrespectful to the military people. He is accusing us of using a fake card because of our Defence Veterans card. AVOID THIS PLACE, he harasses people and even the managers there. He is very rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend this store at all!

Not really a person who writes these things, but just have to say this. Ordered through Uber eats earlier this week. Chips are stale and cold and mean freaking STALE. No straw as always 0 napkins and the burger is just cold and horrid. It's clearly been sitting somewhere for awhile. And I sort of thought maybe it's the drivers fault because it took him some time. So yesterday thought just gonna go through and grab some takeaway. Same result. Love the taste of HJ, but I have given this shop plenty of opportunities. Looks like this shop is run by someone with zero care and I'm done never again!

Much worse than poor service,I have ordered today and asked to have my meal with NO BACON, and assured the front counter that it should be with no bacon, she just said okay and ignored me. I got my order and went home, opened my meal to find my burger with a price of bacon placed in away that is 100% intentionally put and that I see it. I called the shop and explained, she said come and will get you a replacement. Said okay and went to the shop again.After that, the important story comes, I asked for the manager and she was saying that she is the manager, and her badge clearly says assistant manger, so I told her to call for her manager because she is not, and she already is careless when I told her 3 times to check and she did not. She said I am sorry, I told her okay and she asked for my replacement. She told the kid in the kitchen to make a new one without bacon and he yelled at her with a funny way (why?! I already did it) and he starting making fun of my order, and of his assistant manager. Making sounds and yelling and laughing at her, he was humiliating her and making fun of my order, she was doing nothing more than telling him to make it.That is when I told her, cancel my order and refund my money, I'll speak to your manager.Careless assistant manager, and very rude kitchen kid, to customers and to their own team!!!!

Slow service despite ordering online beforehand. Manager was rude and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence without interrupting me and walking away when I was trying to explain that I placed my order 30 mins ago. I ordered 2 large chips and 2 drinks.

Wasn't able to build my burger how I wanted. Meal was light on ingredients. Almost consistency of cardboard. The Fanta was more soda water than Fanta. The ice cream was not creamy like it has been previously was more a frozen milk (second time like this).

WARNING: Disgusting food. Serve of chips were stingy but I wouldn't have eaten them anyway because they were stale. Burger was yuck. Of course looks nothing like the picture (was supposed to be a Chicago Angus). No lettuce, sauce not evenly spread, beef patty was yuck, burger was a slapped together mess. No promotion cup even though I got a large meal. This happened last time as well! So I'm done with this place. Just a warning for youz to save your money don't go here! I'd give zero stars if I could.

I ordered at drive through and at the food collection window there was no one. After waiting for about two minutes i parked my car in waiting zone. One of its staff, short heightened, Indian girl came to my car and asking questions so rudely that I was stunned at her behaviour. She asked “why did you park your car” with such an arrogance. When I told there was nobody at the window she said “So? You need to wait there you don’t need to park the car” I said okay and after a pause filled with arrogant body language she handed my order over to me. It really remained in my head for so long. Your staff really needs to tackle their arrogance problems. I under your work is hectic but don’t take it out on customers who are just there for a meal! Had a really bad experience. I really came back to Hungry Jacks after long time but you staff made me realise that I should have stayed with McD only.
