Fenced Off-leash Dog Park

This is our closest off leash area and it’s a great park. It’s large and has lots of trees for sniffing, and space to play separately from other dogs. Not busy too which is nice. The agility equipment is in great condition and the park is well maintained. The only problem is there seems to be a few irresponsible owners both not picking up after their dogs and not watching their very large dogs while they’re visiting the park. Have just had to stop my small dog get repetitively mounted by a giant untrained dog while the owner just sat on his phone. The provided bags are always empty but people should be bringing their own anywhere they take their dog.

It's nice they've upgraded seating and apparatus. However, it seems to still be a park where a few locals go to just let there dog have a run. If there's another dog in the park, they won't come in. And since there is very little parking it seems under utilised for the amount of funding that must have been spent on the upgrade. Shame when other parks in the area are screaming for more funding.

Good park for training as not many dogs present. Been here few times, 1 out of 5 saw some other dog.

Awesome park when you don't have some tool down there that's fully hectic in a dog park with a non human/dog friendly dog playing king of the dog park.

Proper gates & entrances, water fountain low pressure & bowl is microscopic but great that there is poo bags provided & bins - one of the cleaner parks to walk around in. Needs sheltered seating

Long fenced in area. Proper double gates, water, waste bin. Didn't see poo bags so byo. Lomited street parking so be considerate. Also local bus route on same street so park wisely to Allow busses to pass Safely.

Decent place for dog to run around was empty when I went tho

Could only find the one entrance - which is in a very narrow street right on a corner, not easy to find parking. Scar enjoyed himself - had a good run n liked sniffing around the trees. The equipment is in good condition & play area is clean & the park is pretty well maintained. There’s a doggy bubbler at the entrance - didn’t see any doggy bags. There’s enough light from street lights for visiting at night n the whole area is fenced off really well. Only visited a couple of times late afternoon & night so not sure if it gets a lot of visitors.

Nice, fully fenced dog park. Usually quiet. Large area for the dogs to run around. A small agility part with tunnel and A frame for them to use. A few seats to sit on which is nice

I used to take my dogs to the Craig St Reserve Dog Park heaps until i noticed a lot of issues. There is no provided compost bags to pickup poop like most dog parks have and the dogs that come here are more often than not extremely aggressive dogs. I had an incident where a man actually didn’t let me in the park because he wanted his aggressive dog to be off-leash and warned me that if i came in his dog would hurt my dog. I don’t understand why aggressive dogs and owners are even allowed to take up a public park like that. There is not enough rules about muzzling an aggressive dog or not allowing them at the park as a whole. This park is very loosely managed and does not deal with the issue of aggressive dogs. I do not recommend taking your dog to this park.
