Inese groomed our 2 staffie babies and we were very pleased. From the time of booking, Inese was very helpful and responsive.We felt very comfortable with her salon, one of our babies can be quite nervous/anxious however he was very good as there were no other dogs there at the same time. She was also very gentle and calm with him which helped.Very happy and very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend!!Thanks again Inese, we will see you in a few weeks.

Was a really positive experience for my dog, she has anxiety and is really scared about grooming from previous grooming appointments, but the owner was very patient and gentle with her, my dog came home happy and looking better! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, lovely lady and I hope overtime my dog will start feeling comfortable being groomed again!

Inese is lovely to deal with and does a fantastic job. The purpose built grooming environment is clean and professional and the one on one attention suits my dog who is normally anxious but coped much better here. Inese will be our groomer from now on!!

Inese is amazing!!Have had terrible experiences in the past and my miniature schnauzer has been so traumatized from these awful experiences but Inese makes her feel so loved and comfortable.Inese is very efficient, professional, caring and a true master groomer!Highly recommend.

My baby always seems contented after grooming with Inese. His coat looks and smells beautiful. His ears are cleaned , and nails clipped and she does a skin check . She also makes sure the experience is enhanced with treats. My baby already knows the house and happily leads me up the driveway. Thankyou Inese.

I have my two medium sized dogs groomed by Inese (both had never been professionally groomed before) and they always come back smelling Devine! Not just for a day but for a couple of weeks. Very professional , very reliable and clean. My dogs are always happy when they come back and have an extra wag in their tails after visiting Inese. Fantastic local business! Highly recommend.

Inese was great with our puppy- his first proper groom. I was a bit nervous given a previous experience elsewhere. Inese listened to my concerns. Our pup arrived quite apprehensive, and I was like a new mum nervous to leave him, but when I collected him after his lovely groom, he was happy and playing. Great cut ! Nails clipped also. Very happy and will be back.

Our experience with Ines was 100% positive.She was welcoming to both my dog and me .When we arrived Ines was concerned to help my dog to feel comfortable in the environment and knowledgeable and professional with her advice.and before and after the grooming.Overall an excellent experience for a first timer to grooming.
