Was happy with this place and purchased 5 sessions upfront after my initial session. When I purchased another 5 again they had said I had used all 5 sessions (which I had not) so I lost a session. To top it off my last arm laser session they missed a whole part down my arm. When I called and mentioned they said they don’t do touch ups and I should have noticed within a week from hair growth - my 6th laser session I would hope any hair missed would not be growing within 7 days. I’ll be using my sessions left and never returning after this.

The best and most professional laser and facial treatments clinic in the area by far. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a well established clinic for treatments!

Have always been treated amazingly at this business. No delays, my appointments are at the exact times I'm told they will be. The calls to book are always pleasant and handled efficiently. The results have been more than I could've ever asked for! Very happy with this place and would gladly recommend to everyone.

I have used this company for nearly a year and was pleased with them, at one stage a representative asked me if I would try a new machine they are trialing for Hair Removal and of course I agreed usually my treatment lasts 4 weeks, within the 3rd week I noticed that my body hair was very noticeable , so I called to advise them of what has happened, they couldn't see me until it has passed 5 weeks since my treatment... moving forward when I went to show them what I was not happy with, the consultant advised me that its normal to have regrowth like this and the machine they were trialing was excellent and they did not know what I was complaining about, and they tried to blame the stuff member that did my laser, in fact the person who did my laser i was very happy with. I am very disappointed and had not requested a refund but instead to be heard or at least given some sort of compensation... Very Unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone!! i would not give them even one star. Very unprofessional !

I've been going to Evolution Laser for years.As a male, I have been getting laser hair removal in private areas, body and face. Great results.I have also done facial treatments such as micro needling, Yellow Light Therapy and Hydro dermabrasions. All have helped me with great skin.Staff are very friendly and non-judgemental. Would 100% recommend.
