Ordered two pizzas a Parma and chips and a pasta… pizza’s were not the best but not the worst iv had, the Parma was well and truely overcooked and burnt. It was not hot tho. So idk how that has happened.. the pasta was a massive blob and was not cooked enough. Such a disappointment when spending $70..

Ordered pick up, pizzas ready as the preffered time pizzas were full of toppings, only dissapointed in the size of the parma, was expecting something a little bigger but still nice! Was worth the half hour drive home will definatly be ordering again when needing something quick and easy

At about 10 mins late i rang. Got lots of complaints about coworkers. Didnt know where drivers were. Rang back in another 10, offered to come get it told it was on its way. Fast forward, food was an 1.5 hours after delivery time when it ardived. Came cold. Driver was rude and complained about coworkers. Blamed cooks, other drivers, etc. Told me he was sick of all the bad customers" who weren't happy about "using a microwave.""

Amazing pizza, BUT don’t bother with delivery, barely ever on time, wait times between 20minutes to almost an hour after the expected delivery time.

I placed an order via the app at 6.00pm. At 7.15 it hadnt updated on the app so called them to be told “it won’t be far away and never trust the app”. 7.55 pm we called again and were told it had been made fresh and it was with the driver and wouldn’t be far away!!. It finally arrived at 8.40pm and was cold!! No apologies just a cold pizza that took 2 phone calls and 2.5hrs! Not good enough! As a regular customer this is disappointing, won’t be going there again.

Delicious pizza, lovely staff, and we only wait a few minutes for a delicious, fully cooked and pipping hot pizza. We greatly appreciated the indoor AC on the hot day.Pizza was so good my partner insisted on getting a take away pizza for the drive back to melbourne!

Went there last night. Purchased a large 50/50, 1/2 Aussie, 1/2 Supreme. Cooked in about 12 minutes and cost was $14 and I thought it was the best pizza I have had in my life. It was magnificent. Heated up the last 3 pieces the next day and reheated beautifully. I'll be going back there every time I'm in Ballarat. Yum oh.EDIT;- The big test is when you go back for the second time. Went back two weeks later and Yum oh, just as good the second time.

A very busy place the staff got through all the customers in no time great customer service a good variety of pizza and pasta a very nice gentleman who was serving us gave the kids a free jelly.
