I won't be returning here. Shocking preparation of food. Multiple times I've been let down by the team here. This is what extra Mayo looks like! just gross! not able to even hold this burger as it was coated in Mayo!Next time I got a grilled chicken and I couldn't even bite thru the burger, it was so dry and obviously has been sitting there for most of the day. Management needs to step up

The service was very slow, I was waiting to be served for up to 10 minutes after my friend who was served in front of me, with not many people in the restaurant or going through drive-thru. It was practically dead...When my meal was called they didn't use the number on the receipt, I had to guess based on what I ordered if it might have been mine and not someone else's order.I asked for 2 sweet & sour but that was forgotten so I needed to ask.My friend that ordered the same burger as me minus bacon still received his burger with bacon.The tables could have done with a clean.Other than the above my burger was quite good and the chips were crunchy yet soft on the inside.Perhaps a bad evening, or winding down before closing time.Considering all the staff that were working they could have been more organised. Waiting for 10 minutes to be served in a fast food restaurant is really unforgivable.

Ordered the Angus Whooper. Came in a high topped box so looked promising but alas no, it was taken to the carpark and run over by a large truck to ensure that it looked nothing like the menu representation.Bun was fresh, pattie luke warm and dry topped by what I can only assume was bacon as it was devoid of any flavour and 2 slices of melted white plastic trying to pass off as cheese.

Was the worst hungry jacks service.Food called out. I acknowledged but on my phone working. I was insulted by staff walking away.I use to eat here 3 times a week, not anymore. MacDonald's is 2 min away.

The website and all of my experience with Hungry Jacks says there should be tomato on my burger. It doesn’t taste the same.

Waited over 6 mins at drive through speaker only to have to drive to window for them to even take our order. We then had to wait another 10 mins for the food. Staff walking around aimlessly and had zero sense of urgency to complete orders. Slowest 'fast food drive through' experience ever!

Restaurant unfortunately very dirty. Food was ok, one burger was rather cold. Cheeseburger was thrown together without any care. Sauce all over the paper. The iced chocolate was really delicious. Toilets could do with a clean.

The young lady working at 2pm Sunday the 18th of June, drive thru, dropped my $5 change out of the window. Saw it fall and didn’t bother helping us out. Was also very rude.

I would strongly recommend not going here.Terrible service combined with terribly prepared food. Staff have attitude and the restaurant is consistently dirty.Management should take a hard look at what is happening here.

Hungry Jack's Burgers Oxenford
Update: Contacted customer support weeks ago and still no callback.Order is wrong more than half the time. Behind the counter where food is prepared is filthy and the toilets are disgusting. Management needs to sort this place out. Photo is of my 2 double whoppers which are missing most of the ingredients.
