On the phone Michelle was courteous and very helpful. I booked for 1.00pm, wood arrived at 1.01pm. Driver Kemal also polite and took pride in stacking wood. This will forever be my go to place for firewood. Great service. Thank you.

I recently ordered sand and cement from C Fulton garden supplier, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. While the products themselves were of decent quality, the poor customer service I received from the driver was unacceptable.I was charged an unloading fee because there was no one available to help the driver unload the 40 bags of cement, which was understandable. However, when the driver arrived, he was visibly grumpy and had an unpleasant demeanor. When I asked him to tip the sand in a specific area, he suddenly became irate and yelled at me for not helping him unload the cement. I was taken aback by his response, as I had paid for the service and was not expecting such unprofessional behavior.Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with C Fulton garden supplier. I hope they can improve their communication and professionalism in the future to ensure a better experience for their customers.

Sylvia is SUPER helpful, really nice and besides advising me on how to buy at the best price, has a wonderful sense of humor. 5 stars is NOT enough!!! I have been a client for a couple of years now and every pickup and delivery has been faultless. Highly recommended.

I was told (upon payment) I’d receive a call to schedule the delivery, alas I got a call from the driver who was waiting at my house. I wasn’t prepared and now double handling all the wood. Purchased doh Le split but half of what I received look like a crumbs of redwood. Could be better. Driver was nice and patient though as I scrambled home to receive.

We have had great help and advice from Matt at Cheltenham. We are novices with landscaping products and he was able to help with advice and volume calculations for a number of products that helped maximise our garden planning and activity. Thanks Matt! And I was even able to amend the order at short notice just prior to delivery scheduling by the great work of Michelle. Thanks so much for the great service and advice!! Went on Saturday to buy some crushed Rock and crushed dust for artificial grass layout. Met Michelle, who was extremely helpful and patient. Talked me through amounts I needed and answered all my questions about the best way to prepare the area before laying the turf . I had to call Michelle several times to follow up on questions i had and she was extremely professional and helpful. Even though I did not end up buying from fulton cheltenham I found the experience very pleasant and would highly recommend it .

During one of Melbourne's lockdowns I was given a self watering built garden bed. We purchased topsoil" suitable for growing vegetables and had it delivered. A family member in a different suburb did the same project. Their soil looked like from another planet .. beautiful

Nice young guy there was helpful when I needed a hand to put mesh on truck. Ladies at desk were lovely.
