Made an online order where my products were replaced with substitutes. That's fine, stock changes happen. I wanted to clarify this change and see if I could collect my order at another location, and talked to two employees that were unable to help me. They asked me to wait while they tried to find a supervisor but said they were unable to locate them. Asked me to write down my number and said someone would give me a call the next morning, yet I never received a call. Entire ordeal lasted 30 minutes and got me nowhere, and still not sure how to proceed.

Coles store has a lot to be desired the staff you're a lazy and don't want to assist any customers and the prices are excessive and unnecessarily so

I always chose Coles in Forest Lake when I was here for the last 3years. Staffs are so nice. The best price for my family.

The location in a very nice mall is convenient. The fridges for chilled goods looking sparse and empty. There was one staff person on the shop floor stocking the shelves.

Coles Forest Lake is a fairly poor quality Coles and the level of service here is nothing but disgraceful with lazy incompetent staff that don't want to help and couldn't care less.Many of the prices are excessively unnecessarily high and there is nothing about this store that would make you ever want to go back to it you would only attend here if you happen to live in the area and even then it's disappointing

Great Coles here, can be a bit messy,stock can be put out during open hours etc.Lately there have been some stock shortages etc like most places but generally a good store this one.
