I forgot to grab my dinner ( beef) after i paid , myself and my husband did not notice that, but when we walked out cloes and heard someone was calling us and passed the beef to us . she was so helpful and friendly , came out looked for us and found us in the drive way. i did not grab her name but next time i see her i will thank her personally . since i had a baby and go out with the pram , i used to forgotten to pack the item after i paid in different stores, she is the only one came look look for me and passed it to me , so sweet.

The store is always dirty, and the layout is poor. The self-check is crammed, there is never enough room to take a trolly, and self check is poorly staffed. I have only ever seen two cash registers open for trollys. This is the worst store, I would not recommend shopping here for anything other than a bag of groceries and good luck with service

HORRIBLE!!!!! No staff make all customers cram into self service area with trolleys. Sick of having my knees banged into by trolleys. GET MORE STAFF ON

The building definitely needs updating as it looks tired and worn out and the banana’s didn’t look that fresh.

Very poor customer experience.Left the store feeling anxious and depressed without a couple of items that I needed thanks to a rude and unhelpful assistant.Will try to avoid coming here unless it's for something I've purchased before and I don't need to ask for assistance.

Wont be going to this coles again. Customer service is at its lowest. Glad i didnt spend $200The woman with the auburn frizzy hair shoved the items I was scanning to the side. I left the items and walked out

This coles is pathetic. They have 0 staff on all customers crammed into the self service area with trolleys. I’ve had my knees and elbows banged so many times by trolleys because they refuse to put staff on to work scanning. These small areas are designed for baskets only not people with 100 items!! Even the staff themselves that work there are struggling in that area to move around the trolleysGet your act together Caringbah coles
