I've been shopping here for 5 years. Usually quite happy with their supply and service but the last 3 weeks we've had empty shelves. We are about 19 months into Covid and I asked a worker why the empty shelves? I was told that due to the lockdown down south (which has been ongoing during most of this time) that stores in Brisbane (which I had only just visited and yes definitely full shelves) were getting stock first and that's why Coles Mt Sheridan had hardly any stock! Really? Is that really so?

Express lane closed, causing my Shopping experience to take twice as long. Cashier said it was likely a permanent change. I go to coles because its faster, this change means Cole's is no longer a viable grocery store.

Located in a convenient location but unfortunately many shelves showed stock shortage - ?? We are NOT even in lockdown, which the panic buying might trigger this type of presentation.

Shopped at Coles Mt. Sheridan got my food for Easter. Checkout girl was very helpful put my bags in my trolleyas some were heavy very pleasant as well. Good service Coles.
