I was accepted into the 2022 rising leadership program starting March I had a phone call to confirm my place within the program in December. With out any form of communication I was ignored and excluded due to the mandates. When I rang to ask about the miss communication the staff said sorry you no longer qualify. I had no previous warning! When I asked who they are catering for or how they can be running a leadership program if they only allow a certain demographic she said I was “discriminating”???? Australian government funded organisations have really lost all respect and legitimacy.
