Davey Marine / Compleat Angler Pakenham

I have been a customer of Davey Marine since it was first established and I can not image going anywhere else.I have 3 vessels that I trust Davey Marine to maintain. Its an easy decision because the Davey Marine team are excellent at their trades. The staff are first class, the workmanship is outstanding which means I spend more time on the water not the trailer.Davey Marine is the gold standard !

Bought a used Polycraft from Brad at Davey Marine. Could not be happier with the service I received from Brad and the team. They've been very helpful both before and after purchase and Brad spent an afternoon with me on the water road-testing the boat and walking a new owner through common pitfalls of your first boat. The showroom is a candy store of really cool boats that were way out of my league but if I ever want an upgrade, I know who I'll be going back to.

These guys were great! It was extremely daunting buying my first boat however Matthew Briggs “held me by the hand” and was terrific. The guys in the accessories area were very helpful putting together everything I needed for safety requirements and advise. Massive thank you must go to Rob in the service area who not only fitted out the “Tuffy “ with all my requests, he also fixed the wiring on the trailer plug that I had fitted the day before. Highly recommend!

Wanting to thank Bruce, Ash, Brett, Tatjana and the whole Davey Marine team for helping make my family's dreams become a true reality with the amazing boat that they helped us with!! Truly wonderful service they all provided from the initial get go, right up to the handover! We live in the western suburbs but chose to purchase through Davey Marine because of their knowledge of the Hianes brand, that was second to none, followed by their friendly service! Needed a Yamaha Tachometer replacement for a 2004 Yammie 2 stroke. My local Adelaide dealer just told me bad luck, they don't make them anymore. Started ringing other dealers to see if they might have an old one in stock (others didn't), came across Davey Marine. Spoke with Callan. He straight away took interest in my predicament, was like a tenacious tiger in following up for me with the service section and Yamaha and came back with the solution - a newer model Tacho and an adaptor to suit. Then it arrived and it wasn't working properly. He spoke with his service section and Yamaha again and he worked out the solution. Service way beyond what one would normally expect, all for a $400 item. If only I lived in Victoria I'd take my boat there for servicing for sure. Thanks Callan you legend.

Had my boat serviced at Davey Marine a few weeks ago , had to go away suddenly for a week spoke to Tatjana who runs the service department and asked if my boat was ok there for the week whilst I was away , no problems she said it will be here waiting for you when u get back ,Big shout out also to Tatjana as she was great to deal with , knowledgeable, easy to deal with and nothing was a problem , pricing was fair and will definitely be taking it back to Davey Marine for the 3rd service in 12 months from now .Many thanks
