City Safes

Very disappointed with City Safes bad customer service from Mark.We bought our safe from City Safes and had it relocated 12 months ago and were looking to use their services again to relocate.We were given a quote and questioned why the quote had almost doubled in the space of 12 months. I was told by a staff member that Mark would call me back that afternoon, but he didn't. Then I was told that he'd ring me the next morning because he'd left for the day.Mark hasn't bothered to call me back at all which is very disappointing considering we're loyal repeat customers of theirs.Very poor customer service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I wrote this review because i read the 2 last negatives reviews.I have purchased from city safes and must say the knowledge , product quality and expertise is top level A1++. Mark was short, sweet and to the point and that is the way i like it and i love the do it once do it right approach.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with the Team at City Safes who restored and installed two pre owned safes for us.The City Safes showroom is packed with new and pre owned safes of all types and sizes and they were very helpful and accommodating when it came to helping us choose and install our safes.They did a great job and involved us in all stages of the restoration process to ensure all our needs were satisfied and you could see they took care and and great pride in the quality of their work, and it showed in the magnificent final products we received.The City safes team are all very knowledgeable and trustworthy, which is important when dealing with security matters, it's obvious that they love their work!!We highly recommend them.

Was looking for a safe and was a bit confused with all the options and considerations. Spoke with Marg, and she was fantastic to deal with! Very friendly and very knowledgeable and was patient and discussed all the finer points with me. The boys who did the install were also top notch, they were in and out in no time and left the place clean.The price was also very competitive, I couldn't be happier!I would thoroughly recommend City Safes if you ever need a safe!

I needed a safe for home and office. From the initial contact and information provided by Mark, to the purchase and delivery arrangements with Marg, and the delivery and installation by Paul and John, the buying experience was exceptional! When the safe was delivered the guys even noticed that the bottom half of the driveway was new, and ensured they placed the safe on the older concrete. Personable and professional, I cannot recommend City Safes highly enough.

We purchased a refurbished safe recently and delivery was today, the safe looks as new and the entire team at City Safes have been fantastic. product knowledge amazing and customer support even better. Delivery went very smoothly and you could tell they were professionals. thanks guys i look forward to working with you again.

I ordered a safe for my new shop from City Safes. From start to finish they were professional and easy to deal with. This morning it was delivered. The guys were great. They arrived on time , knew what they were doing and were so careful not to damage my new sprayed floor. Thank is so much city safes.

I used City Safes for the first time as my past provider and mover had passed away. They were brilliant, turned up on time and moved my 1500kg safe to my new premises with no damage whatsoever to the marble floor, grass, drive or carpets.Would defiantly recommend using them and I will be in the future.

Having purchased several reconditioned safes from City Safes I can highly recommend them for their service and the quality of their refurbishment work. I found their pricing better than competitors in the market and they have a diverse range of safes, and are willing to customise a solution for the customer. Great service, great range of reconditioned and new safes, expert and professional installation.
