Very understaffed. Although polite ladies working, just way too under staffed, saw at least 3 patients walk out to avoid waiting longer.

A bit of a wait but they took your number and called when there was a seat available for you. The blood draw was very quick and professional. Didn't feel a thing.

Website has wrong address,ie permanently closed on The Terrace and relocated clinic on The Parade listed as open online when it is permanently closed apparently on Fridays. Update your online info please

I've (sadly) had to return weekly lately for blood tests. Thankfully the staff are lovely which makes my visits more enjoyable. They are open Saturdays which is what I need and depending on the time sometimes I'm the only one there and sometimes there are 10...I just make sure I give myself enough time, as is the deal with blood tests anywhere.

Two staff were doing their BEST under trying circumstances. 17 people in queue, some were rude & impatient towards staff & other people waiting. Larger facility with more staff seems needed. Clinical labs don’t list any Ocean Grove sites on their request form & only one shows up on G maps . One hour wait watching two lovely professionals staff juggle people & tasks as well as they could.

The ladies here are incredible . After multiple unsuccessful attempts at hospital these girls know their stuff ..my special needs daughter was calm and collection was swift and successful..huge thanks xx
