The only Goodguys store we go to nowadays. We're closer to another store but the extra 10 min drive is not much compared to the time wasted waiting to be served in another local TGG store where the staff are grumpy all the time.Most staff ive come across @ the Capalaba store are generally friendly and upbeat about helping customers. I haven't seen any customer not being attended to.Recent purchase was a fridge. Sue was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication skills and was on point with her customer service.

I don't like complaining but feel I should let you know about the Customer Service at the Good Guys (Capalaba store), embodied by “Gavin who was too ashamed to give his last name.My 88-year old mother's fridge broke down 3 weeks ago. I immediately called Customer service where I was passed to another call centre. This LG fridge was still under warranty so I thought we were entitled to some kind of assistance.There is no Good Guys repairman who services Stradbroke Island

We bought an expensive washer/dryer that started playing up after 6 months. They organised a technician but it wasn't resolved. I called to let them know and they said they would organise something with Fisher & Pykle again. After 4 more calls I let Good Guys know I was frustrated (I didn't yell and scream - I just gave customer service feedback) --- and the girl said flatly 'noted'I called Fisher & Pykle and they said there are no calls from the Good Guys.

We went to purchase a new Smart TV at Capalaba. A big purchase for us as we still had our 18 year old 50” Panasonic. Huge changes since we purchased that.Linus listed to what I had researched and thought we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and guided us through options and gave excellent advice. At no time did we feel pressured to buy a TV larger or more expensive than what we needed. Then he introduced us to the in store Telstra person, Andrew ? Who helped us immensely sorting out our Telstra phone accounts. Seamless plan for delivery and on wall installation and constant text updates on that.

Incorrectly billed on the day of purchase of new oven leading slight confusion and delay on install day. Rectified quickly and install done. Electricial installer Crowlz electrical and solar was excellent. Prompt, professional and very helpful. Highly recommended and would consider using them again for any other electrical needs.

I feel compelled to write of my 5 start customer service experience in store yesterday. I was working from home yesterday due to a time critical project I am delivering across this weekend. Unbelievably, a glass of water ended up in my HP Spectre laptop. I did my best to dry the unit and engaged with multiple parties to troubleshoot next steps while googling stock levels at my go to store, The Good Guys Capalaba, for my preferred unit. It was indicated the laptop I was after was out of stock, however I headed in store in a state of panic and near desperation. I came across Jordan who dropped everything to listen to my story and immediately sprang into action. He checked and confirmed an outcome and in the space of 5 minutes I had a solution and was at the checkout counter. Door to door I was setting up my new laptop in less than 30 mins - including travel time - and my project was not at all impacted in terms of delivery.Jordan went well above and well beyond and words cannot describe my gratitude. I hope the leadership/management team see this and take the time to interact with Jordan directly and my hope is his effort is acknowledged. Customer service like this is rare and while this event was well and truly exceptional it is indicative of my recurring experience shopping at this store.Jordan - Thank you - Thank you - Thank you!

I was in on Thursday (2/03) and was fairly surprised about one lady at the service desk talking extremely low to her own co worker. she was shouting and calling him stupid" about a missing card he just had on him? she had very round thin glasses. clearly she looked stressed but as someone who manages my own team
