The restaurant was fantastic in terms of layout, atmosphere and staff, but given the aftermath that resulted from the seafood linguine, I have to be critical of the food.In terms of taste, the pasta was undercooked and the dish lacked seasoning. The ingredients themselves were fantastic, fresh mussels, prawns, white fish, but paired with a bath of underwhelming and bland red sauce. Coffee wasn’t great. Aftermath: food poisoning and stomach cramps. Without aftermath: 3 stars. Order the pizza. It looks like that’s where they earn the money.

It's hard to beat an Italian lunch done right with a seat Al fresco looking at a stunning beach. Luigi's friendly service, lovely staff, and food did that.My seafood linguine had beautiful lashings of the freshest bounties of the sea to make happy of a craving for a sumptuous meal for the day. In its simplicity the meal shines. Attentive service brings it home and I can't wait to return with my loved ones.Great range for a full Italian dining experience and wines to pair. I hadn't had room for dessert this time but that's just making it more a reason to come back.After lunch walk by the beach optional. Open for dinner too. Love this place.

Best Italian restaurant in Torquay! We had a large group for dinner and all our meals came out at the same time, the food was delicious and the service was amazing! We will be back!

Luigi's truly knows how to impress the taste buds with their incredible Italian cuisine. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors and made with the freshest ingredients. From the first bite, it was evident that the chefs at Luigi's possess a genuine passion for their craft. The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, with delicate textures and rich, robust sauces that were simply heavenly. The pizzas, with their thin and crispy crusts, topped with an array of fresh toppings, were a true delight. I recently ordered takeaway from Luigi's and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The Insalata Mista was so fresh and flavourful, with a perfect balance of tangy dressing and crunchy greens. And the Diavola pizza was amazing - the spicy salami and savory tomato sauce hit the spot. Highly recommend Luigi's for anyone looking for delicious Italian food.

Came here for lunch the other day.Food - we had the seafood linguine and duck ravioli. These dishes were amazing. Very fresh and high quality (and reasonably priced).Service - The waitress was friendly, attentive and very helpful. The meals very prepared very quickly as well (roughly 15mins free ordering).Overall I’d recommend Luigi’s!
