Went to replace my watch battery. Got given back my watch with a screw missing. I had a witness with me who saw I had all screws on the watch when given in and to be told I gave them the watch with a missing screw. What a joke. Please be warned to never go there with an expensive watch!!

I was very upset when I broke the glass on my favourite watch, but the man at Watch Express was incredibly understanding, friendly and fixed it up so easily!! The service was fast, and absolutely amazing, I couldn't be happier!
