Exactly what a sore body needs. I went to Shenal to get some relief for my shoulders and was so impressed that I went back for my hips later in the week! Professional but caring attitude. Easy to book. Lovely space. Very happy!

Shen is an amazing practitioner, with a lovely new space and a warm and welcoming practice. He has helped me work through and alleviate the chronic pain I have from an old sports injury that I thought I would just have to live with.

Shen has been incredible at managing my chronic neck problems, as well as acute flare ups in my hamstrings/glutes due to strength training and running. I always look forward to my remedial massage appointments!

If you're looking for a massage where you actually feel like your muscles have been released and you'd like to perform better after a treatment, you should see Shenal. I've been treated by Shenal for the past six months and his soft tissue work incorporated with cupping and needling has been very beneficial. I'm never disappointed after a treatment.

Shenal takes the time to properly talk you through your pain / concerns and explain his proposed treatments before he gets started. Once he starts, he does an amazing job and is always putting his client first to ensure the treatment is comfortable and getting the job done right. He is genuinely a great guy and genuinely a great therapist. Highly recommend him!!

I have been seeing Shenal for the past few months after a recommendation from a Physio. I must say that I have found my ideal therapist and he is probably one of the best that I have been to around Brisbane.During the sessions, Shenal takes the time to understand your needs / progress and ensure that you are happy with the outcomes. He is awesome with Dry Needling won't even cause any pain. I am quite happy with the progress and felt so much better after all the sessions. High recommend Shenal & Core Bodywork!
