ATF Master Timber Floors

Perfect customer service and quality timber flooring.

I won't recommend this company AFT Master Timber Floors in Campbellfield, as they didn't do the job as per contract. And they denied to fixed it. They damaged my brand new fridge. And left the dishwasher outside the bench which now I can't open the kitchen drawers.And the refused to fix it. Stateting if the move the dishwasher they will scratch the woods floors. Let me tell you that the install my kitchen floors and I paid a lot for it.When I contract them they said they are professional. Well they are not profesional and are no responsable. The installation cost $8025 and I paid $6975. Levi the owner said to me to keep the balance. That balance doesn't even paid my fridge. How dare he said that. I already contact Consumer Affairs.Very angry costumer that doesn't want to go to the same matter.

Unfortunately drove 40 mins to their show room twice and both times they were closed.

I recently got my floors installed by this company and I was really impressed on how It turned out, there was a few misunderstandings but they tried to help me out as much as possible.

Really good experience with these guys.
