Pretty much the perfect barber.Was offered a beer while I waited and everyone there was chilled and friendly.Haircut was outstanding and very well priced. In short quality haircut and barbers that you should definitely check out if you're in Byron.

It's always hard to find a great barber if you move to a new place but these gents will have you covered. Ben did a great job advising me and cutting my hair. Everyone's friendly and laid-back. Walk-ins are welcome which is great if you want to pop in spontaneously.

Paul was super knowledgeable, very attentive and knew exactly how to trim and style my hair and beard. Highly recommend. The shop was tidy and the beer was cold (and complimentary). Looking forward to returning.

Literally been going here for years. I later moved to sydney and never got my haircut again. Moved back to byron, tried to cut my own hair & remembered jack the snipper! Walked in with tears rolling down my face & walked out with the sun beaming from my smile! HIGHLY recommend. Also the BEST hair product on the market, has never ever failed me.

I had a fantastic experience with Jack the Snipper - It’s so nice when somebody goes the extra mile to make you feel valued, from the offer of a beer upon walking in to the engaging banter and easygoing environment, and ultimately the fact that as a customer I felt listened to and got a great cut as a result. As I live in Sydney I can’t promise that it’ll be a regular thing, but I’ll make sure I set a bit of time aside whenever I’m in Byron Bay to book an appointment, plus I’ll be buying more of your products online - I took home a bottle of the conditioner and not only is it really nice to use but also Australian made; organic and cruelty free - what more could you ask for?A top quality bunch and well deserving of our support - thanks again
