No issue with product.They do a perfect job to the point of testing the replacement item for quality assurance, before completing the job. Time turnaround will depend on the replacement goods quality.

Great repair shop. Customer service exceeded my expectations. I dealt with Austin, and he was excellent. It's a stressful thing to have your phone screen break, right? You need it fixed quickly, but not sure if the repair shop will do a good job, or stand by their quality... From the outset Austin inspired confidence. He was patient, friendly, and explained things clearly. He replaced the screen as quickly as promised, and I had a working phone again. Even more impressive is how Austin handled when I called up the next day and said I wasn't happy with a couple of aspects with the replacement screen. He ordered a new part immediately from a different supplier, and when I came to get it replaced, he had me check the new screen before he glued it in place. I'm now very happy with it. Seriously - if I ever need a phone repair again, I'm going straight to Austin. Thank you!

The guy fixed the blocked USB C port on my Samsung quickly and efficiently.Replaced the battery with, he said, a brand new after market one for $100. That battery was worse than the depleted one I needed replaced. Only lasted about 6/7 hours from full charge with limited use. Rubbish.Plus, I went to another place (was interstate and couldn't go back). They charged $70 for a brand new Samsung battery fitted in 1 hr. Phone now lasts 36 hrs or so. Much cheaper and much better.Can't recommend repair mate in chapel st.
