Very friendly lady, however i was VERY unhappy with the result, horrible hair cut.It was not what i wanted at all, it was uneven and had longer parts when l tilted my head down. Very choppy looking. I didn't want to go back and have it ruined more so i went to another another salon to get it fixed.
