In 25 years of business, I have never worked with a company that has provided such poor and disdainful customer service. Incompetent service personnel leading to ongoing issues. Although I like Rational ovens, it has given me great pleasure to place an order for 4 MKN ovens with an alternative supplier. I will be contacting Rational head office in Germany to raise my concerns.

Customer service is trash. If you buy a machine from them and need it serviced, expect to wait days to get a call back for an appointment, or no call back at all. I will do everything in my power to make sure that the places I work for never buy anything from Comcader again, try to shop somewhere else!

Had a serviceman come out (Cost $137.50) to look at our microwave and then provided a written quote which was to replace nearly everything and would cost over 2KTook it to another service agent for a second opinion who cleaned it and serviced it with no new parts for $125Works perfect !Not the time to overcharge a small businessShame on you

Avoid using this company at all costs! Multiple call out fee's charged, excessive parts and labour costs and further charges added when not quoted for. One star is too generous.
