Wilson Parking - 126 Margaret Street, Brisbane CBD, QLD Car Park

After I read the reviews I was expecting a horror experience but decided to give this place a go as it was closest to my venue. I booked online and the experience was not bad at all. If you follow the instructions you'll have no problem at all - book by credit card, and use same credit card to tap in for entry. Yes the turns are tight and the clearance is low, but a decent driver will have no problem.

Unsafe. We had to park on the 3rd level, underground and there are no lights! You are in complete darkness. No lifts. You exit via fire escape, which takes you to the street. However, on return to our car the fire escape door was locked, so you have to walk down through the car park. Very narrow ramps, for two way traffic but only wide enough for one car.Would caution anyone using this car park.

TLDR: Dont park here if you have a tall car >1.8m)Parking for an evening was cheap ($5), hence I booked it. Was nearly left without parking as the clearance is only 1.8m, and my 4WD is around 1.85m. fortunately there was a free space in the first little entry area, before the clearance became an issue... Perhaps the booking site should make it clear that there is low clearance when booking, as I would have booked elsewhere had I known...

Terrible service!I consistently make bookings with Wilson parking as a regular and today made a mistake with the incorrect time. I called to explain and spoke with Sofia who was very rude. She would not try to understand that I haven't entered or look to prove that I didn't enter car park instead she said I would need to pay again. I explain this is unfair as I didn't even enter the premises and the time was just incorrect however she did not care at all. I asked to speak with a manager and within 1 second she said no he's busy. I explained she didn't even check or ask however she did not care and said ill forward your information.I asked for her details to make an official complaint however she told me my name is Sofia and that's all I'm giving you.Terrible service by a rude person

This carpark is a total stitch up. The entrance says max height is 2.85m, but once you enter (and see the 7 or so car spaces with 2.85m clearance), you are directed down a tight single lane ramp where the height limit is only 1.8m.

Booked online and had no issues. But on arrival at the car park the entry was obscure, the turns tight, only 1 entry/exit lane below top level, hence this made it quite difficult, at a busy time, to manouvre around with cars behind you entering and cars in front trying to exit. Fortunately a Wilson rep arrived to sort out the chaos by parking cars along the side, but this would have made it difficult for cars reversing out of their spots. Glad I was only visiting and will never use this car space again due to over booking and no sign saying when car park is full.

BRISBANE'S WORST CAR PARK. Do not park here unless you drive a mini, or don't care if you scrape your car to ribbons and you're happy to pay $50 for 1.5 hours. Cars going in and out must use a narrow single lane ramp, it's too tight to turn and there are no lifts. Consider yourself warned.

Card reader wouldn’t allow me to tap with my phone, so I could not enter the car park. Went next door to first parking, much better process

Worst Carpark- they don't warn you if it is full. It has extremely tight corners and the same ramp for entry and exits. Good luck trying to get out if you've reached the bottom and realised there are no spaces left.

Misleading entrance rate of $3 dollars and advertised online as well... but beware only for the first 20min. Then 1hr $28 and then the rate climds to $56 dollars for the first 2hrs.. a total rip-off. You can expect reaching the 3hrs parking a $90 bill.
