Very delicious icecream and nice and friendly service

Phenomenal ice cream they serve, great customer service. Love the laid back vibe and was kind to a group of 5 blokes.

We visited on the 29/1/22. This ice cream shop has the most racist staff, the blonde girl was extremely rude and unresponsive, the staff were all not wearing masks behind the counters in the kitchen however she said we had to wait outside while she serves us, how are we supposed to see the flavours and buy from such a place on a holiday in Anglesea, we are all vaccinated however as soon as we walked in we were not welcomed and ignored until my father asked if we could be served, left straight away and would never ever want to come back. Extremely disgusting treatment

Great service, thank you and phenomenal gelato (better than what we have had in Melbourne). We had the Maple Walnut & Chocolate Gelato that was absolutely delicious.Looking forward to returning and hopefully the Chocolate Sorbet will be available.(my favourite dairy free flavour)

Poor service wanted sorbet staff said too frozen can’t have that but gave to previous and later customer, lazy girl.

Only talking coffee-wise as I only ordered coffee there. Staffs were all friendly, but coffee took too long. Thought they went out there to harvest coffee bean and grinding. I'm not harsh or too judgmental when it comes to talk about local business. But it was too long, feel like waiting forever. Don't want talk about too much about batista, but I can tell the staff wasn't ready to be in charge to work herself serving customers yet. And taste was too milky but didn't feel much coffee.I'm not sure for the ice cream, I didn't have ice cream. But saw many kids there and parents with happy faces.

I did not like the gelato the chocolate mint tasted like toothpaste.And if I ever come back (unlikely) I will bring a toothbrush so I can brush my teeth with the gelato.

Really good ice cream!! We arrived with a line out the door. Looks like ice cream is made on site. I’d give 4.5 if I could but only because the range is lower than your usual ice cream store

Had the Maple Walnut. Advertised as best ice cream in Australia for 2017. Was not disappointed.
