The team at splash Tuggerah are great. Nothing was a hassle for them they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pool cleaner we bought. We will definitely be making this our pool company from now on for all our pool needs

I have been dealing with Splashes pools for a few years now and my pool and Spa are crystal clear 365 days a year. I have never had any problems and will continue to use them regularly once a month. Their prices are very competitive and their customer service is top shelf. Brent will always text me personally to remind me when my monthly service is due and also text me on the day to let me know what time he will be at my property. My German Shepherd is also a fan of Brents. Thankyou Splashes pools.

We recently moved to the Central Coast and inherited a pool and spa in our new property. We were looking for someone to service them and found a business card in the pump house for Splash's Pools. We arranged for a service technician to come and repair our leaking spa and give us a quote to do some work on the pool.Well the service was outstanding. Tim managed to fix the issue with our spa very competently and gave us great advice for keeping it in good shape moving forward. There was no sign of trying to upsell us and the cost for the work was very competitive.We also had a similar great experience when we visited the shop with our first pool sample and were very well looked after. The guys in the shop were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.We feel lucky that the previous owner of our house left their details for us. I highly recommend this business!

I've recently purchased a home with a swimming pool . Having never owned a swimming pool before I had no idea on what i was doing .Visiting splash pools tuggerah i was greeted by a young man named Marcus!I can not thank this very well spoken professional young man enough for spending so much time patiently answering all of my questions even though some things i asked about my pool probably sounded quite silly ! He had fantastic knowledge and really knew his products !i left the store feeling very confident because Marcus was able to address any questions and concerns i had !10 out of 10 for servicedefinitely looking forward to owning my pool now !one happy customer !

They gave me great advice after another flood in my pool, 4th in 3 years. The chemical recommended fixed the damage from the rubbish that came from the lake. The pool is looking great and very happy with the service they provided.

Super happy with the quick service from Splashs pools.I had actually contacted several pool companies first and no one replied or said I can go on a wait list for a call out but once I called Jake at Splashs I was so happy.He helped me easily and fit in around my work schedule, the parts to fix my pool and spa needed to be custom ordered and he called me once they had arrived and scheduled a call out.All done and fixed and sorted in a week!Thanks again guys!

Just had the best pool experience I could ask for! Brent and Andrew knocked this one out of the park, with what was a near Christmas nightmare. Brent was courteous enough to help us navigate a sea of products during a long back and forth, to help find what would work best for us.Finally, settling on an option that would suit our needs, budget and pool, Andrew was by later that day to install. Tidying up the existing system as he went. The new Pentair variable pump and Theraclor SMC35 unit are tucked away and working quietly.Andrew took the time to walk me through the system and best practices for the immediate future and beyond.Bravo guys, wouldn't have had it any other way. You earned a customer for life with this one!
