Worst workmanship I experienced so far. 6 months after service I went there back again to drain extra engine oil build up, then next day I have to go there again because they drained too much. I think during the service itself they filled too much in the first place. They also changed brake pads and drums, in few days I had to go there back again to get rid of the squeaky sound. Imagine you spent $2000 for same squeaky sound. If you want to get things done in one go, go to Penrith Volvo Serice Centre. Don't waste your time at Parramatta Volvo Service Station even though they always say come now we will look into it now.

I own a 2020 Volvo XC60 which I bought from Parramatta Volvo; Every time when I call them to arrange service they have been exceptional from arranging the service, getting the car to service, providing a loaner car to handing over the serviced car. The staff here is super friendly which I have not seen from some of the other mainstream luxury car brands.

We bought a used car. The service was exceptional, we purchased the car interstate online without inspecting it. We organized the freight, and Rocky drove the vehicle to the depo for us as a favor! Over and above. When we received the car, it was in excellent condition, like new. Recommended - 5 stars!

Got off to the rockiest of starts 7 years ago, so much that I even went to another dealer/service centre. Since giving them another go after a reply from Aaron to an old (poor) review, they have been exceptional and accomodating in every way. Our car is looked after and serviced well and we are treated with care and appreciation. Matt even fought hard with Volvo to have an expensive out of warranty replacement part installed free of charge, which saved me the trouble and heartache of doing. Hopefully this continues.Joe

The service uncovered some unknown issues that were at first put at cost to myself. Consideration was given to previous works done under warranty and after discussion, Volvo decided to cover the costs. I was a happier customer than I would have been and thankful they listened to my claim.

Took my Volvo XC60 here for the first time , was greeted straight away by the car park attendant, had the pleasure of dealing with Matt.Top Technicians !, they were able to find the problem with my car & resolve the issue.Dealing with Matt was a pleasure, i found him to be very honest & reasonable.would definitely recommend .Thank you to Matt & Aaron for their professionalism.

Arrived with starting/cranking problems with my Volvo. Left with the same cranking/starting problems, a broken electrical seat height adjustment, damaged intake duct and bent and damaged engine bay cover shroud and minus $730 just to change an RPM sensor bracket.Only the air duct was replaced, even that had to be done by my local mechanic out of fear their techs" will destroy the replacement too because they use power tools on even the most delicate of tasks with small plastic threads and cover up the damage preventing any future mechanics to be able to service said part or vicinity of the area which may require it to be removed for future service.All that work

I normally do not provide reviews, but in this instance I was compelled to. I bought a used Volvo XC60. It had a shaking problem when it comes to holt. I rang Volvo Parramatta, had a chat with Latham and explained the issue. I felt very confident to deliver the car to Volvo for investigation. He personally managed the warranty and payment issues with the dealership. He made the entire process very smooth and satisfying. I’m extremely happy the way he managed the entire process.
