Waited 3 hours for a mechanic. Only to be told he cannot do it. Waist of time.

What a joke. Called at 4pm and got the answering machine, even thou there website says open till 5pm. Just want to start there long weekend early

Bit disappointed this business is classed as a mobile mechanic when he comes out he advised me that he does very limited work eg he can't change spark plugs he basically just said he does pink slips and that's it so I'm down $126 and still don't know what's wrong. Now if this was advertised as very very limited then I definitely wouldn't have wasted my money or time. I could of just payed $100 to get it towed to mechanic not happy. Hea only recommendation was replace spark plugs but mind you he can't do that. And he doesn't know if that will fix the problem. What the? I'm giving two stars only because he was a nice bloke...... Sorry just replying to you're comment you say servicing and car repairs are you sure??? I was under the impression that changing spark plugs are pritty basic and it would come under car servicing but nope you're mechanic or whoever he was couldn't do that! Am I missing something here???? I won't recomend this company for repairs as the so called mechanic said he only does pink slips and battery's. And them words come out of his mouth! At the end of the day I wasent happy. I hate to leave bad reviews but come on guys!!! If you was me you would be feeling the same way!!!!!

Great experience with these guys! Last working day before NYE, and boat trailer wheelbearings blew out on M1. They arrived at stated time, got parts, and got all 4 bearings changed and us back on the road! *****
