The service we received from Deb and assistance in choosing the right carpet for our unit was excellent.The whole process from ordering right through to completion was perfect. A very high recommendation for Peter, the carpet layer, he was wonderful, so experienced, always on time, extremely careful of our newly painted walls etc and he was such a friendly, sensible person. Would definitely use Carpet One again. Thanks

⚠️⚠️⚠️ My honest (horrible) experience story with Carpet One Stafford. Readers are advised to proceed with caution while doing business with them. They quoted me premium (aka exorbitant) price and provide poorest service possible. ⚠️⚠️⚠️I booked them in October 2022 for hybrid vinyl flooring of my 3-bed house in Fitzgibbon. It involved removing existing tiles and carpet, leveling/preparing the floor to install vinyl throughout. I paid them in full, in advance, and this was a big mistake.Their tile remover arrived on 16th Jan. He did most awful job and ripped the floor on many places (see attached pictures). When he left, Carpet One Stafford called me that the ripped floor needs self-leveling and will cost me another $3,200. This was absolutely 'ripping off' from them.I had to move into this house same weekend and they used this opportunity to demand this exorbitant price increase. When I reminded them about the contract/quotation we had to include everything, they showed their real face. They started narrating all rules/laws/regulations/hidden terms and condition which were beyond my understanding. In nutshell, they left me in lurch. I did not know what to do as I had to move-in within few days with my elderly parents and family and Carpet One Stafford responded with stone-heart.They pressurised me to pay this 'ransom' money of $3200 but I did not buzz. I foiled their efforts to trap me.I made few calls to my friends and one of them referred me to another flooring shop in Brendale. I called them for urgent help and they did wonderful (humanly) job. Readers may read my review for them which narrates why they were good. They laid the same floor on urgent basis with 30% price less than of Carpet One Stafford. No need to mention that this 30% cheaper price included self-leveling of damaged floor caused by Carpet One Stafford team. The quality from this another flooring company was perfect (endorsed by my 5-star review for them).I am a family man and whatever Carpet One Stafford did to me is called 'systematically ripping off'. They did not honour their own quote and tried to charge me more because of my vulnerable state and to cover their own shoddy tile removing work. They rejected all my mercy requests and tried to frame their wrong-doing with building laws and regulations plus their so called 'hidden' terms and conditions. It took three days for them (followed by several emails and phone calls) to partially refund me after deducting their restocking fees and exorbitantly charged tile/carpet removal service etc.They played their own 'game of crook' by their own rule, as I already had made the payment in full! I had no choice other than seeing being robbed helplessly in broad daylight.I have initiated legal proceeding at my level to get my full money back. Their unethical business practice should be stopped and publicly shamed.I strongly recommend readers never to pay them in full and be prepared to deal with their hidden hands. If you have deep pockets, you might be ok. But if you are family man want to be protected from being robbed via pen and paper, be aware!I acknowledge and understand what I have written and have all proofs what they have done. I do not care what they respond again my review, but wrong is wrong. My words are honest and that I all care about. I lost my hard-earn money because of their wrong doing and will do anything to warn other human beings.Do yourself a big favor, if you need your floors done- please not with them!

Very happy with the carpet installation and service provided by Carpet One Stafford. Quick turnaround time with the measure and quote and competitive pricing out of three companies. The guys who installed the carpet did a great job and were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Lisa, Dennis & the team at Carpet One Stafford really know their stuff. They not only provided amazing guidance on the right type of carpet for my house, they had extreme patience while I deliberated over the right colour. The installation was prompt & professional, and even the complicated stair runner seemed to go in with ease. Brad installed our carpet and was punctual, polite and very efficient in laying the carpet. Get what you’re told, no fuss service. The arrived and installed the flooring as required with no issue and even had good resolution strategies for a few challenges they faced.

Really happy with all aspects of the service. Dennis was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing floor coverings and the installation team were really good as well, friendly and very professional. Pricing was also very good, so all round a really good experience dealing with Carpet one.

Booked an appointment with the team at Stafford for an on-site visit at our rental property to replace all the carpets and flooring. Waited half an hour at the property and had locked up and was about toi leave when I got a call from someone there saying they were running late and would be there in about 20 minutes. I told them not to bother....
