My wife took English classes here. First teacher was great. Second was in Australia from Vietnam on a temporary visa, very strong accent. My wife couldn’t tell what she was saying.

I agree, that this place should be shut down. Completely useless, the employment consultant has never helped me once in finding a job, and it seems she thinks her job is just to put a jobseeker down, tell lies on how she has helped, and use manipulation to tell half-truths mixed with lies. I felt humiliated in front of others, and made to appear as trouble - the only good customer service here comes from the reception, the rest of the service experience and assistance you get from this place, is really bad!
