Ordered for pick up for the first time and was advised online for pick up after 20 minutes. Went to the restaurant on the time advised, the employee said it will be another 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes more than first advised. I went up to the counter to see when my order was and the employee without apologising for the delay, lashed at me saying he's cooking as quickly as he can. Not the best first pickup experience.

Clean from top to bottom. No dirty windows, floors, air con, signs, tables etc. The lady in charge was very efficient but over-worked. There should be at least 2 people. The food was great but I felt tense about hard the nice woman was working. Maybe it's her place but I kind of think not. Worth a visit though if you want a proper burger hit..I said thank you when I left and I meant it. Better than Grill'd""

We visited this place today for a late lunch. Ordered a few burgers (Sheriff's, Hennifer, Chicken & Cheese) and thickshakes (Oreos & Salted Caramel). All items tasted really nice.The person that served us was very courteous & even surprised us with a complimentary serving of Waffles & icecream for Mothers' Day,which was quite yummy! Much appreciated.

I got something different to what was ordered - beware if you are taking away! Ordered the Sheriff burger, what I got was a generic burger patty, bacon and tomato sauce - absolutely nothing like what was on the menu (which is extremely lengthy and confusing) and instead of chili garlic fries, i got given regular salted chips, the most boring, tasteless takeaway I've had in a long time, ironic considering the dynamic branding

Randomly stopped for dinner after our osteo appointment down the road. Super friendly, well priced for what you get. My daughter even was surprised with a serve of chips that we didn’t order! Super lovely and so yummy. We will definitely go back again.
